Admin / Reception Position Available

 

An exciting new position has arisen for a full-time administrator to join our Accounting and Business Advisory team in Ulladulla.

About this role

This full time role provides reception support for our administration and accounting teams to ensure that effective communication is provided to support the day to day operations of the office.

The successful candidate will have great verbal and written communication skills, experience in the Microsoft Suite, and have a positive attitude. Within this team role, organization skills, self-motivation and attention to detail are essential. Previous experience in a similar position is desired.

As the first point of contact for the office, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the success of day to day operations
  • Managing reception, directing calls and responding to emails
  • Liaising with employees and contractors to respond to client needs
  • Coordinating and maintaining meetings and appointments in the calendar
  • Creating a welcoming environment for all visitors to the office

The office is located with Ulladulla. Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Public holidays are yours to enjoy and the office closes for a two week period over Christmas and the New Year annually.
